Here we go again, time to give things a go and try new recipes ! I have a sweet tooth and my Mom was a great baker so that lead to my love of baking. My Canadian background gives my baking a slightly different twist but I have definitely learned to fuse my baking with some New Zealand classics. Who doesn’t love Afghan Ice Cream Sandwich !

I am a true home baker and my recipes are some old family recipes and ones that I have accumulated over the years. Please excuse if they not formatted properly. Just like my vintage taste my recipes are a definite eclectic mix !
