Homemade classic- Peanut butter cup, cherry white chocolate cup and Nutella white chocolate cup

Homemade Peanut Butter Cup
Yummy and easy
Ingredients
- 250 grams Dark Chocolate ,I use 50% Whittaker Dark chocolate
- 1½ tsp coconut oil
- 1½ cup Crunchy Peanut Butter , choice whatever peanut butter you like
Instructions
- Prepare cupcake tray with cupcake liners.
- In a microwave proof bowl, break chocolate up into chunks and add coconut oil. Microwave for 45 – 60 secs. Remove and stir until smooth and glossy. If not quite melted, microwave another 15 secs.
- Once the chocolate is the right consistency, pour a small amount into the lined cupcake tray -one at a time and swirl to coat the sides of the liner a little. Continue till all bottoms are done.
- Place tablespoon of peanut butter into the center of the cupcake liners.
- Cover with remaining chocolate to hide the peanut butter. Cool then put in fridge to harden for a few hours.
- Peel off cupcake liners and you have a homemade peanut butter cup.
- More variations – white chocolate with cherry filling, white chocolate with Nutella filling. Once you see how easy these are, have fun making up your own combinations!
