American bicentennial pin
This vintage flag pin / tie tack from 1976 celebrated the U.S. bicentennial.
It has both the Betsy Ross flag, with 13 stars in a circle, and the current American flag, with 50 stars in a rectangle.
The number 76 rests between the two flags.
