Bean Feta Salad Recipe
A tasty salad that has a mix of beans, feta and basil is a  family favourite which comes out every summer bbq. 
- 250 grams beans
- 200 grams feta
- ½ cup basil leaves
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
Dressing
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 spring onion finely chopped
- 2-3 cloves crushed garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- Trim the ends of the beans and blanch in boiling water for 3 mins them plunge in cold water to stop cooking. Drain the beans 
- Toss the beans , whole cherry tomatoes, feta and basil in a serving bowl 
- Make dressing by combining vinegar, oil , spring onions , garlic and salt/pepper to taste. Shake well then pour over salad just before serving
