Peel and chop orange kumara then put in pot with enough water to cover kumara. Then boil for 10 minutes or until soft. Drain and mash kumara- let cool for 10-15 minutes
Preheat oven to 180 C and line 9 x 9 baking pan with baking paper.
Mix together slightly cooled kumara, almond butter, coconut oil and maple syrup. Add cocoa and vanilla, mix well.
Add almond meal , baking soda , baking powder and pinch of salt.
Stir in dark chocolate chips and half white chocolate chips.
Place in pan and sprinkle remaining white chocolate chips.
Cook in oven for 25- 30 minutes
