White Chocolate Rocky Road

This is easy- basically melt white chocolate and add what makes you happy! Makes a great gift

Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams White Chocolate , I like Whitakers
  • 1 package Natural Snakes
  • 1 cup M&Ms
  • 1½ tsp Coconut oil

  • The key to making this rocky road is getting the chocolate to the right consistency- sounds easy but I have burnt the chocolate many times so take it slow.
  • In a microwave proof bowl break up chocolate into squares and add the coconut oil. Microwave for 45-60 sec , take out and give a stir. Continue to stir until smooth and glossy- if not quite melted, microwave for another 15 secs.
  • Add chopped up snakes and M&Ms and stir half into white chocolate. Pour mixture into a baking paper lined pan then sprinkle remaining M&Ms/snakes on top. Let it cool then keep in fridge to harden completely.
  • When ready to serve, cut slice with a warm knife. Enjoy
