It works and has been electrically test recently, possibly has a new plug. It has 3 speeds with an option to rotate.
In good used condition for it’s age. But it isn’t perfect,
1. Flaking/rusting of metal/chrome
2. speckling of rust on enamel arm
and I have attempted to describe flaws but please look at photos and ask any questions
